Lekos Dye & Finishing, a major textiles dye house in Southern California, consulted EthoWork for a full revamp of their employee health and safety, labor, and environmental practices across their factory. EthoWork recommended and implemented a Company Code of Conduct, Fair Labor Association (FLA)-standard/fair work policies, and worker safety and environmental policies and procedures. We also trained all workers on the new standard operating procedures in both Spanish and English.

Omniverse Group, a private label and branded merchandise apparel manufacturer approached EthoWork to create a quality assurance, employee health and safety manual, and related digital training experiences for their employees. As there were tight compliance deadlines, the manuals and eLearning training courses were delivered within 45 days to meet their major retailer's supply chain training request.
